Course Objectives:
- Introduction to medium and surface color mixig, color wheel and theory
- Grey scale value study using black and white colours
- Learn how to create depth using black and white colours
- Learn monochromatic colour scheme in cubes, spheres and all conical
shapes - Learn the combination of conntrast colours (blue orange, yellow violet)
- Importance of primary colours and limited palette
- Using 12 colours to create atmospheric feel in the oil painting
- Create paintings in different ways by using unique colors (turquoise blue,
cerulean blue, chrome yellow, davys grey)
Intermediate Level

- Basics handling of palate knives
- Knife painting various shapes
- Knife painting using two colours & how to merge colours with knifes
- Knife painting with 2 colours and multiple values & how to paint 3D objects like
circle, cube & triangle - Knife painting using basic primary colours to create a landscape painting
- How to paint flowers using knife painting
- Learn the techniques of Fan brush and paint basic shapes
- Different Techniques & Colour handling of fan brush (circle and rolling techniques)
- Paint seascapes with fan brushes on a 16×18
- Paint seascapes with water effect
Advanced Level

Course Objectives:
- Introduction of still life painting
- Basics of still life painting and how to create 3D effect
- Still life painting with live objects like drapery, flowers, fruits, etc. (Black and White)
- Still life painting using single colour
- Still life painting using multiple colours
- How to paint flower pot & add beautiful texture with filbert brushes
- Introduction to knife painting basics, textures & application on canvas
- Knife painting with monochromatic colour scheme & Black and white
- Knife painting still life or landscape using multiple colours
- Paint seascapes with water effect
- Plein-air painting
- (How to paint live outdoor painting and capture light in minimal way)
